NEXCO EAST Takasaki management office (Takasaki, Gunma Prefecture) has been working with the town Kamisato Kan-Etsu Expressway (Kan-Etsu Expressway to) Kamisato (Kamisato) smart interchange (IC) is 2015 12 May 20 May (day) In commemoration of the opening, we will hold the opening ceremony for Kamisato Smart IC.
We will also be looking for "first-ride" customers who will be the first to use Kamisato Smart ICs to participate in this ceremony.

3 Business start ceremony
Please apply in advance using the "Application method" below. Five customers each coming in from Kamisato smart IC to Tokyo or Niigata/Nagano/Utsunomiya We will present a "certificate" and a "souvenir." (The customer with the first reception will be the "first ride" by area.)
4 How to apply for customers who want to participate in the opening ceremony
Please follow the procedure below to apply in advance.
- Application method: Please come to the reception desk directly during the reception period. Numbered tickets will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis. You cannot apply by phone.
Please note that the Kamisato Smart IC is exclusively for ETC, so the vehicle of the customer applying must be able to use ETC.
Also, be sure to bring a certificate that can identify you (driver's license, etc.)

Not limited to the above, it will end when the first 5 people arrive by direction.
*Please refrain from waiting on the road near the Kamisato Smart IC or in the Expressway service area.
