NEXCO EAST Misato Management Office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture) will shift the toll charges for ETC cars on the Gaikan Expressway (outer ring road) to the distance system, so from March 2016 to November 2016 Oizumi Interchanges (hereinafter referred to as IC) and Misato Minami IC are being closed at night due to construction work.
Before going out, please confirm the construction site (inter-closure site), the construction date, the closing time zone, and the detour, and make sure you have enough time to use it. We apologize for the inconvenience, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

2 Construction overview

3 Request for detour
