1 Night closures and dates
(1) Night closure
Kan-Etsu Expressway Kawagoe IC Exit ramp to the general road (National Route 16 towards Kawagoe City)

2 Detour

Kan-Etsu Expressway It usually takes about 5 minutes between Kawagoe IC and Kawagoe Station, but if you detour from Kawagoe IC as described above, it will take about 24 minutes, so please take time to go.
3 Construction overview
Kan-Etsu Expressway Since the pavement of the Kawagoe IC lamp is deteriorating, we will carry out pavement repair work.
This work involves stripping the pavement and paving the pavement as a series of operations, and it is necessary to close the exit lamps because it is not possible to secure a sufficient lane for vehicles.
Therefore, in order to minimize the impact on customers, we will close the lamps at night when traffic is light, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently.

4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Information on lamp closure
- Notice signs, posters, etc. will be posted at the Kawagoe IC and surrounding rest facilities.
- A banner will be posted on the bridge over the Kan-Etsu Expressway around the Kawagoe IC.
- On the day of the ramp closing, a detour sign will be installed at the main intersection of the detour.
