NEXCO EAST Saku Management Office (Saku City, Nagano Prefecture), E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter "Joshinetsu Expressway"), night traffic will be closed at Matsuida Myoyoshi IC-Saku IC (upper and lower lines) in order to carry out detailed bridge inspections.

2 Detour route map
Joshinetsu Expressway Upper and Lower Lines The detour route between Matsuida Myogi IC and Saku IC is National Highway No. 18 when closed at night.
The travel time between Matsuida Myoyoshi IC and Saku IC is about 30 minutes, but if you make a detour on the national highway route, the travel time will be about 60 minutes, so make sure you have enough time to go.
3 Work overview
We will perform a detailed inspection of the cable-stayed bridge Usui Bridge between the Joshinetsu Expressway Matsuida Myogi IC and Usui Karuizawa IC. At the same time, we will carry out a detailed inspection of the Togengo Bridge on the main line OV bridge, facility structure inspection, road marking repair work, comprehensive disaster prevention drills in the Happuyama tunnel, etc.
In order to minimize the impact on our customers, we will close the roads during the nighttime on weekdays when the traffic volume is low, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently.

How to use transit fare adjustment
<ETC customers>- Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow IC wirelessly and the re-inflow IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
