3 Transfer adjustments due to suspension of traffic

How to use transit adjustment
≪ETC customers≫
- Customers using ETC are requested to run the outflow designated IC wirelessly and the re-inflow designated IC wirelessly. (No transit certificate will be issued for ETC vehicles)
- ETC time zone discount will be applied, considering the transited journey as one.
Toll charges are adjusted at the time of billing, so they may differ from those displayed at the toll gate.
≪Customers such as cash≫
- Customers who pay by cash, etc. should receive the "passage certificate" at the outflow designated IC, and then get the "passport" at the re-inflow designated IC, and then make the "transfer" at the toll booth that pays the fare first. Please give us your "certificate" and "passport".
4 Construction overview
Higashi Kanto Expressway Ibaraki Airport North IC-Ibaraki Town JCT will perform pavement repair work and equipment inspections. Since the section where this work is carried out is a temporary two lane and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, it is necessary to work with roads closed.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to our customers as much as possible, we will close the roads during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic is light and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
