1 Closed place and date
(1) Closed place: Kawaguchi JCT ramp that flows from the inner ring of the outer ring road to the Out-bound line of the Tohoku Expressway road
- Attached to each line C3 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.
(2) Date and time
Date: May 12th (Sun) to 15th (Wednesday), 2019, 20pm to 5am the following day
Preliminary days: May 16th (Thursday), May 19th (Sunday) to 23rd (Thursday) 2019, from 20pm to 5am the next day
- In stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- Construction will be judged at 17:00 on the day.
2 Detour
Blue As indicated by the arrow, exit Kawaguchi Higashi IC, take Route 298 toward Oizumi, and take Route 122 to Urawa IC.
If you bypass the Kawaguchi Higashi IC-Urawa IC, it will take about 13 minutes (usually about 7 minutes).
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
3 Construction overview
Since the road surface damage has occurred at the Kawaguchi JCT ramp that goes from the inner ring of the outer ring road to the Tohoku Expressway road, we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work is done is one lane, and since it is not possible to carry out the work with normal lane regulations when carrying out the work, it is necessary to close the lamp and work.
Therefore, in order not to inconvenience our customers as much as possible, we will close the lamps during the night from Sunday to Thursday when the traffic is light, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently. Since this work is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably, we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
4 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
