Tokyo Electric Power Company Holdings, Inc.
NEXCO EAST (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tohru Kohata) and TEPCO Holdings Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, President and Chief Executive Officer: Tomoaki Kobayakawa) are in a disaster today. We are pleased to inform you that we have signed an agreement regarding cooperation between East Nippon Expressway Co., Ltd. and TEPCO Holdings, Inc. for the purpose of expediting recovery activities.
In the future, the two companies will cooperate with each other based on this agreement to quickly restore Expressway functions and restore power when a disaster occurs, and contribute to the local community by linking the restoration of the disaster area.
