NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City Saitama) and Nex-area Company Limited Kanto East Branch (Sumida-ku, Tokyo) E51 Higashi-Kanto Expressway Shisui Parking Area (“PA”) As the first commercial facility renewal on the upper and lower lines, July 17, 2019 (Wednesday) 5 am Out-bound line, July 31 (Wednesday) At 6am, we will open the food court and take-out corner of the In-bound line.

- In-bound line, the popular miso ramen specialty store "Menba Tadokoro Shoten" will open, and the popular "Narita Dream Ranch" in Chiba Prefecture will open for the first time on the Expressway
- Out-bound line, self-styled "Fusa no Udon / Soba" and "Fusa Ramen" that make use of local ingredients from Chiba Prefecture will open, and "Shiroi Koibito Soft", which is popular at product exhibitions, etc. "Cream" opens for the first time on Expressway
- Offering an advantageous service as an opening campaign in line with the renewal
