2 Detour
Please refer to the figure below for the detour.
Joshinetsu road In-bound between Fujioka IC from the line Yoshii IC, prefectural road No. 41, 254 national highway, through the No. 13 prefectural road, please use the Fujioka IC.
If you make a detour as shown in the figure below, it will take about 20 minutes (usually about 10 minutes).
The detour will take longer, so please leave plenty of time.
3 Transfer adjustments due to suspension of traffic
For customers who temporarily flow out of the Expressway due to traffic closure, bypass the closed section, re-inflow and transfer in the forward direction, we will implement "transfer adjustment" to adjust the toll according to the section used. I will.

4 Construction overview
Joshinetsu Expressway In-bound Line From Yoshii IC to Fujioka IC, we will carry out sign board replacement work to number the sign boards. Since it is a sign that straddles the driving lane and the overtaking lane, it is necessary to close the road because it cannot be constructed under normal lane regulations.
Therefore, in order to avoid inconvenience to customers as much as possible, we will close traffic on weekday nights when traffic is light and carry out construction intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
5 How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting
- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
