NEXCO EAST At Tokorozawa Management Office (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture), pavement repair work is done at the entrance lamp of C4 Ken-o Expressway (hereinafter "Ken-O Road") Akiruno Interchange (hereinafter "IC"). To do so, we will close at night.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you will have time to spare when you go out.
1. 1. Closing location and date and time
(1) Closed location: Ken-O Road Akiruno IC entrance (from the national highway) ramp
- Attached to each line C4 The indications such as indicate the route number (numbering) of Expressway.
(2) Date and time
- In case of stormy weather, it will be postponed to the spare day.
- We will inform you of the implementation decision on Twitter etc. around 17:00 on the day.
2. Detour
Refer to the figure below for detours.
Detours will increase the time required, so please take time to go out.
(1) When passing around the Ken-Ken-O Road Expressway (toward Tsurugashima)
Please use the Hinode IC.
1) When using from the direction of Hachioji
Purple arrow As shown, go straight on National Route 411 toward Ome ⇒ turn left at Yudaira intersection ⇒ go straight on Metropolitan Road 7 ⇒ turn right at Shimoyotsugi intersection ⇒ turn right at Hinode Inter West intersection ⇒ go straight on Metropolitan Road 184 ⇒ go straight at Hinode Inter intersection Turn right ⇒ Go to Hinode IC
If you make a detour as shown in the figure below, it will take about 8 minutes (usually 3 minutes).
2) When using from the direction of Ome
Orange arrow As shown, go straight on National Route 411 toward Hachioji ⇒ turn left at the Tokyo Summerland front intersection ⇒ turn right at the Tobukimachi intersection ⇒ turn right at the Tobukimachi south intersection ⇒ Purple arrow To Hinode IC
If you make a detour as shown in the figure below, it will take about 16 minutes (usually 3 minutes).
(2) Ken-O Road When passing inward (toward Hachioji)
Please use the Hachioji Nishi IC.
1) When using from the direction of Hachioji
Purple arrow As shown, go straight on National Highway 411 toward Oume ⇒ turn left at Aburadai intersection ⇒ go straight on Metropolitan road 7 ⇒ turn left at Yamada intersection ⇒ go straight on metropolitan road 61 ⇒ turn left at Kamikawareien entrance intersection ⇒ turn right at Kamikawareien intersection ⇒ Turn right at the Hachioji Nishi Intersection ⇒ Go to Hachioji Nishi IC
If you detour from Akiruno IC to Hachioji Nishi IC as shown in the figure below, it will take about 18 minutes (usually 6 minutes).
2) When using from the direction of Ome
Orange arrow As shown, go straight on National Route 411 toward Hachioji ⇒ turn left at the Tokyo Summerland front intersection ⇒ turn right at the Tobukimachi intersection ⇒ turn right at the Tobukimachi south intersection ⇒ Purple arrow To Hachioji Nishi IC
If you detour from Akiruno IC to Hachioji Nishi IC as shown in the figure below, it will take about 26 minutes (usually 6 minutes).
3. Construction overview
Ken-O Road At the entrance ramp (from the national highway) of Akiruno IC, the road surface is damaged, so we will carry out pavement repair work. The section where this work is to be carried out is one lane, and it is not possible to carry out the work under normal lane regulations, so it is necessary to close the lamp and carry out the work.
Therefore, in order not to cause any inconvenience to customers, we will close the lamps on weekday nights when there is little traffic, and carry out the construction intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to use Expressway safely and comfortably, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Four. How to obtain traffic information
(1) Guidance by distribution / posting
- Notice signs, posters and leaflets will be posted at toll booths and rest facilities nearby.
- A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
