Tokyo Outer Ring Road (Kan-Etsu-Tomei) Main Line Tunnel (Southbound) The underground cavity confirmed on November 3 near the construction site was filled with fluidized soil, etc. by about 600 m 3 and the work was completed. I will inform you.
