The shield machine of the main line tunnel (southbound) started from Oizumi JCT (Oizumi-machi, Nerima-ku) has resumed excavation work in the business site from February 25, 4th year of Reiwa.
On April 7, the shield machine was cutting the underground wall made of hard urethane that had been installed in advance for the construction of the section where the Oizumi ramp and the main tunnel meet, and the front of the shield machine. It was found that the cutter came into contact with the steel material and the cutter bit and the parts that stir the soil were damaged.
The cause is being confirmed, but the position where the underground wall is installed is about 90 cm below the design value and about 10 cm in the horizontal direction, and there is a difference, so the cutter contacts the steel material of the underground wall. It is known that it has been done so far.
現在シールドマシンは停止中です。また、今後カッタービット等の損傷をカッターの前面から詳細に確認するため、地上から開削を行うとともに、カッタービット等の交換などの補修作業を行う必要があります。補修に必要な期間は半年程度を見込んでおります。
