At the NEXCO EASTMisato management office (Misato City, Saitama Prefecture), C3 Gaikan Expressway In order to carry out pavement repair work on the Outer Ring Road, the ramp of the interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") will be closed.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation so that you have more time when you go out.

2. Construction overview
Due to damage to the road surface at the outer ring road Kawaguchi East IC and outer ring Misato Nishi IC ramps, pavement repair work will be carried out.
The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since construction cannot be carried out under normal lane restrictions, it is necessary to work with the ramp closed.
Therefore, in order to minimize inconvenience to customers, the ramp will be closed at night on weekdays when traffic is light, and construction will be carried out intensively and efficiently. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for safe and comfortable use of the Expressway.
