NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will launch the "Northern Kanto Smartphone Stamp Rally" on Wednesday, August 27, 2025, targeting the three northern Kanto prefectures (Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Gunma).
This initiative, which aims to promote the use of the [Dorawari] Northern Kanto Tour Free Pass and to promote tourism and revitalize the region, is the first of its kind for the Kanto Regional Head Office. By using the GPS on your smartphone to collect stamps at tourist facilities and service and parking areas (hereinafter referred to as "SA/PA") within the designated area, you can enjoy your trip while experiencing the charms of the Northern Kanto region.
In addition, those who collect a certain number of stamps will be eligible to enter a gift campaign where they can win local specialties from the three northern Kanto prefectures, and a total of 100 winners will be selected by lottery to receive local specialties filled with the charms of the region. Please take part in the stamp rally to create memories of your car trip with family and friends.

Wednesday, August 27, 2025, 10:00 a.m. to Wednesday, January 14, 2026, 24:00

3. 3. Number of stamp spots

A total of 161 tourist spots, SAs, PAs, etc. in the three northern Kanto prefectures

5. About the gift campaign

Depending on the number of stamps collected, three prizes are available: one prefecture, two prefectures, and all prefectures. You will be entered into a lottery to win wonderful local specialties from each prefecture. What's more, if you meet the conditions for each prize after using the [Dora-wari] Northern Kanto Tour Free Pass, you can apply for a special Northern Kanto Tour Free Pass prize. Enjoy the stamp rally at a great value during your trip using Dora-wari.

7. About the ETC Round-Trip Discount [Dorawari] North Kanto Round-Trip Free Pass

This is a great discount product that allows you to get on and off Expressway within the designated area for a fixed price for up to two or three consecutive days.
In addition to the round-trip plan that travels within the designated area, we also offer a plan departing from the capital area that combines one round-trip from the departure area to the designated area with a round-trip within the designated area.
