NEXCO東日本関東支社（埼玉県さいたま市）は、北関東地域の観光活性化を目的として、ETC周遊割引［ドラ割］「北関東周遊フリーパス」の販売に加え、北関東3県ご協力のもと、令和7年8月27日（水）より「北関東周遊スマホスタンプラリー」（以下「スマホスタンプラリー」）を開始いたします。
今般、本取り組みの趣旨にご賛同いただいた一般社団法人藤城清治美術館（以下、藤城清治美術館）と連携し、スマホスタンプラリーのスポットとして設定しました。また、「北関東周遊フリーパス並びにスマホスタンプラリー」の優待特典として、藤城清治先生が本年4月に完成した新作『藤城清治101 アビーと共に生きる』のポストカードをご用意いただきましたのでお知らせします。
藤城清治先生は、影絵作家として国内外で高い評価を受けており、栃木県の魅力を伝える『とちぎ光の芸術親善大使』に委嘱されています。影絵の巨匠・藤城清治先生の幻想的な世界観を感じられる特別な1枚を、旅の思い出としてお持ち帰りください。
NEXCO東日本関東支社と藤城清治美術館は、今後も連携しながら、地域の活性化を図ってまいります。

By collecting a digital stamp from the Fujishiro Seiji Museum of Art through the smartphone stamp rally and showing the smartphone screen at the front desk of the Fujishiro Seiji Museum of Art, you will receive a free postcard (one postcard per smartphone stamp rally participant).

4. About Seiji Fujishiro
Mr. Seiji Fujishiro
Japan's leading shadow puppet artist
1924年、東京生まれ 慶応義塾大経済学部卒慶応普通部に入り、仙波均平氏に絵とエッチングを習う。慶応大学予科（高校）では、猪熊弦一郎・脇田和氏に師事。当時から人形劇などを演じていたが終戦後大学に復学し、絵画と人形劇の制作活動に励む。この頃アジアの影絵芝居に出会い創作活動に大きな影響を及ぼす。
卒業後、雑誌「暮しの手帖」編集長花森安治氏に認められ、1948年から「暮しの手帖」誌に影絵を連載。1961年、等身大ぬいぐるみ人形劇を創設し、木馬座で上演。TV番組では「木馬座アワー」が爆発的人気を呼び、国民的アイドルとなったキャラクター"ケロヨン"は、今でも親しまれている。
また、影絵劇「銀河鉄道の夜」が国内外で高く評価され、その後も世界各国で影絵劇を上演。
その功績が認められ、紫綬褒章、勲四等旭日小授章。絵本では、1983年チェコスロバキアの国際絵本原画展BIBにて金のリンゴ賞を受賞。「ぶどう酒びんのふしぎな旅」他、著書多数。世界各地にて高い評価を受けている。2004年アメリカのニューヨーク、ワシントンにて個展を開催し、ニューヨークタイムス、ワシントンポストに紹介された。また翌年には韓国での初の展覧会を開催する。以降も全国各地の美術館にて精力的に展覧会を開催している。
5．『とちぎ光の芸術親善大使』の就任
栃木県は、影絵作家として世界的に活躍しており、那須町で美術館運営している藤城清治氏に栃木県の魅力をより広く発信していただくため"とちぎ光の芸術親善大使"を令和6年11月に委嘱。
