In conjunction with the National Autumn Traffic Safety Campaign, NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will be holding an Autumn Traffic Safety Campaign in collaboration with related organizations such as Expressway Traffic Police and Expressway Traffic Safety Council at service areas and other locations within its jurisdiction from Friday, September 19th to Tuesday, September 30th, 2025.
In this campaign, we will distribute educational pamphlets on traffic safety and driving etiquette to customers using Expressway, and will also exhibit patrol cars and fallen objects.
In response to the recent occurrence of accidents caused by motorbikes passing through, distracted driving, and wrong-way driving, we will implement a traffic safety campaign to raise awareness of traffic safety and provide our customers with safe, secure, comfortable, and convenient Expressway services.
Here are the main themes this time!
No more reverse driving!
Driving the wrong way is a dangerous act that can be life-threatening!
Danger! Distracted driving!
It is an offence to drive whilst using a smartphone or tablet!

State of last year
NEXCO EAST Group has positioned the period from 2021 to 2025 as "a period to contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and transform toward a new future society", and is making various efforts.
We believe that this year's "Autumn Traffic Safety Campaign" will contribute to SDGs Goal 3 as a business activity that will lead to the reduction of casualties due to traffic fatalities.
