NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) will celebrate the 60th anniversary of the full line opening on Friday, December 19, 2025. E83 Daisan-Keihin Road (hereinafter referred to as "Third Keihin") celebrated its 50th anniversary since the full opening on 2024. E83E16 We would like to inform you that we have compiled a report on the effects of the construction of Yokohama-Shindo Road.
We will be holding an event to inform regular Expressway users, as well as residents in the areas along the expressway, about the progress of the Third Keihin and Yokohama-Shindo Road since their opening and their effects, as well as to express our gratitude, so please come and join us.

2. Logo mark commemorating the 60th anniversary of the opening of the entire Daisan-Keihin Road and the 50th anniversary of the opening of the entire Yokohama-Shindo Road
The anniversaries of each line, "50th" and "60th", have been used as symbol marks, and by depicting an illustration heading towards the Yokohama cityscape, the logo expresses the idea of "roads connecting towns."
The poster design features Yokohama's most iconic spots scattered throughout, with Kohoku JCT in the background.
3. Events and Campaigns
Events commemorating the 60th anniversary of the opening of Daisan-Keihin Road and the 50th anniversary of the opening of Yokohama-Shindo Road Expressway
A commemorative event will be held to deepen understanding of the effects of the construction of the Third Keihin and Yokohama-Shindo Road and to express gratitude to the people living along the roads.
On the day, there will be a lot of fun events, such as a highway quiz rally where you can learn about Expressway while having fun, stage shows by local groups along the route, greetings from local mascots, and a panel exhibition on the effects of the road maintenance.

Find Expressway-related quizzes (three locations in total) set up at various points in LaLaport Yokohama, and if you answer all three questions correctly, you will be entered into a raffle where you can win local specialties and original novelties.
- The site will only be open on the day.
- 2D codes have been installed at all quiz locations within LaLaport Yokohama, so they can also be read there.

The Kanarina Boys and Girls Choir was founded in Tsuzuki Ward, Yokohama City, Kanagawa Prefecture in 2009. Please enjoy the harmony of children singing together in unison.
