NEXCO EAST Kanto Regional Head Office (Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture) is offering a discounted Expressway for ETC-equipped vehicles only, with the aim of promoting tourism and Expressway use in the three prefectures of northern Kanto (Ibaraki, Tochigi, and Gunma) and Chiba Prefecture.
We would like to inform you that we will begin accepting applications for services starting from April 1, 2026, starting at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, March 24, 2026.
The products now available for booking include a standard plan that allows unlimited use of Expressway within the designated area for a fixed price, as well as package plans that offer even greater savings when combined with golf courses and accommodations. Take this opportunity to use Dorawari and enjoy driving tours to experience the charm of various regions!
Please note that the "Ibaraki Hitachi Province Touring Set Plan," "Tochigi Prefecture Touring Set Plan," and "Gunma Prefecture Touring Set Plan" will be revamped for use starting April 1, 2026, with the aim of promoting touring within the prefectures of northern Kanto, targeting customers in the Tokyo metropolitan area.
