NEXCO EAST (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and Chief Executive Officer: Yuki Fumihiko​Yuki) and NEXCO CENTRAL (Headquarters: Naka-ku, Nagoya; President and Chief Executive Officer: ​Tadashi Nawata​) will collaborate with the Shinshu Campaign Executive Committee (Chairman: ​Shuichi Abe​, Governor of Nagano Prefecture) to launch the "Shinshu Meguri Free Pass," a special discount pass for ETC vehicles that allows unlimited entry and exit on Expressway within Nagano Prefecture for a fixed price, starting April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).
This free pass is jointly planned annually by NEXCO EAST and NEXCO CENTRAL with the aim of promoting tourism in Nagano Prefecture and encouraging the use of Expressway, so that people can fully enjoy the attractive Shinshu area, including Kurumayama Sky Terrace and Tsugaike Nature Park.
We offer three plans to suit your needs: a "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Departure Plan," a "Nagoya Departure Plan," and a "Tour Plan." All plans include benefits such as discounts on admission fees to tourist facilities in Nagano Prefecture. In addition, if you complete a survey after your trip, you will be entered into a drawing to win wonderful prizes, including goods featuring Nagano Prefecture's PR character, "Arukuma."
