NEXCO EAST Nagano Management Office (Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture) will be closing the ramps of the Nagano Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on the E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Joshinetsu Expressway") at night in order to carry out pavement repair work.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing extra time when you go out.

The detour will increase your travel time, so please allow ample time for your journey.

3. Construction overview

At the exit ramp of the Joshinetsu Expressway Nagano IC, we will be closing the ramp at night to repair the damaged road surface.
The section where this work will be carried out is a single lane, and since normal lane regulations cannot carry out the work, it is necessary to close the ramps while carrying out the work.
Therefore, to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close the lamps during weekday nights when traffic is low, and carry out the work intensively and efficiently. This work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

• Digital signage and advance notice signs will be posted at nearby service areas and parking areas.
• A banner will be posted on the overpass on the Expressway.
