NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Niigata Nishi-ku, Regional Head Office length: Yoshio Shiraishi) is, on both days of the February 23, 2008 (Sat), 24 (Sunday), Kan-Etsu Expressway Echigokawaguchi SA "Echigokawaguchi SA paper lantern in the (vertical line) (Setsudo) We will hold the "Firefly Festival".
This event is in line with the "Echigokawaguchi Snow Cave Fire Pot Festival" in local Kawaguchi-cho [Saturday, February 23, 2008, from 12:00 to 20:30: Kawaguchicho Sports Park Multipurpose Plaza] We will set up a snow cave in the area and hold it as part of customer service including local PR.
