NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata city, Regional Head Office president: Yoshio Shiraishi) is congested on the Expressway in Niigata prefecture during the Obon period (14 days from Thursday, August 7, 2008 to Wednesday, August 20) We have compiled a summary of expected locations, business hours of service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) (Large normal hours), etc.
For customers who use the Expressway this summer, please refer to the comfortable driving information of the Expressway (congestion prediction and SA/PA business hours) to shift the day and time used, Please use it for comfortable travel planning, such as setting breaks at SA/PA.
At SA/PA, in addition to Large business hours, we are implementing a "slightly advantageous" "summer tokutoku service" (sale gifts, discounted meals, etc.) We recommend that you take a break at SA/PA as soon as possible.
Also, for the prevention of accidents due to running out of fuel, please refer to the gas station sales offices on the Expressway to help refuel early.
1 Congestion prediction
Congestion is predicted to occur on both the upper and lower lines of the Joshin-Etsu Expressway.
Congestion is predicted to occur at the Nihonkai Tohoku Motor Nakajo IC exit.
