NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata city, Regional Head Office: Yoshio Shiraishi) is scheduled to open on Saturday, July 18, at the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Nakajo Interchange (IC)-Arakawa Tonainai Interchange (IC). We are pleased to inform you that we will hold joint opening pre-events with the cities along the lines (Townai City, Murakami City) as follows.

3 Event summary
