NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Nishi-ku, Niigata City) and Nexeria East Niigata Branch (Chuo-ku, Niigata City), in order to spread and Large the consumption of domestic rice flour, SA/PA in the Regional Head Office said "Provide menu for using rice flour" We will carry out a campaign to promote sales of rice flour (used) products.

We are promoting the “Food Action Nippon” and the activities of Niigata Prefecture by sending out an awareness campaign from the area to spread and improve the food self-sufficiency rate.

- We offer "rice flour gourmet" (original menu using rice flour) at restaurants or snack corners. A lineup of noodles, bakery, and sweets.
In addition, a menu using 100% rice flour ingredients has also appeared. - At the shopping corner, we will collect rice flour and products using rice flour and carry out sales promotion activities at the sales floor.
