Due to an avalanche on National Highway No. 17, Mikuni Pass, the road is closed, and we are currently working to remove snow to eliminate the road.
In order to use it as a detour, the toll charge will be free if you pass between Tsukiyono IC, Minakami IC and Yuzawa IC on the Kan-Etsu Expressway until the road is closed.

Detour (passage tolls on the Kan-Etsu Expressway are free)
Traffic that flows in at Tsukiyono IC or Minakami IC and flows out at Yuzawa IC
Traffic that flows in at Yuzawa IC and flows out at Minakami IC or Tsukiyono IC
*For all other types of traffic, the normal fare will be charged.

Please note that the Kanetsu Tunnel is prohibited for vehicles carrying dangerous goods, so please divert to other routes such as the Joshinetsu Expressway.
