NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is working on a four-lane project on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway (between Shinanomachi IC and Joetsu JCT, length: 37.5km) with the aim of completion in 2018.
Before starting the main construction of the 4-lane project, we will hold the following construction start ceremony with the aim of promoting the business in cooperation with the local community.
