NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) has paved repair work between the Shinanomachi Interchange (IC) and Joetsu Junction (JCT) on the Joshin-Etsu Expressway enable customers to use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably.
