NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) has two-lane section (one lane on each side) (1) Joshin-Etsu Expressway Shinanomachi Interchange (IC) to ensure that customers can use the Expressway safely and comfortably. There will be night closures between the Joetsu Junction (JCT), (2) Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Niigata Airport IC-Nakajo IC and (3) Ban-Etsu Expressway Tsugawa IC-Yasuda IC due to pavement repair work etc. ,It will be announced.
