NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) is located on the Kan-Etsu Expressway (Out-bound line) between Tsukiyono Interchange (IC) and Yuzawa IC (in the Kanetsu Tunnel) so that customers can use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably. We will inform you that we will carry out a night-time closing due to disaster drills and tunnel emergency equipment inspection.
