NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will co-sponsor the "Umagusashi Niigata" Tourism Promotion Council's "Niigata Usagichu Stamp Rally". This stamp rally has approximately 200 locations in total for tourism-related facilities and Expressway service areas (SA) and parking areas (PA) in all prefectures, towns and villages in order to promote sightseeing tours throughout the prefecture in preparation for the arrival of the spring tourism season. It is a targeted stamp rally.

4 Main contents

1. Stamp Rally
   If you collect and apply for the original stamps of local characters installed in tourism-related facilities (about 170 places) and Expressway SA / PA (27 places) in all 30 municipalities in the prefecture, Niigata special products will be produced according to the number of stamps. Approximately 550 people will win wonderful prizes such as tickets and pair accommodation tickets by lottery.
   • Collect stamps on the application form or smartphone and apply by mail or from the dedicated site.
2. Coupon benefits
   We will distribute discount coupons that can be used at about 200 locations in the prefecture, with discounts such as facility admission fees and meals.
   • You can use the benefits by submitting the coupon on the back of the stamp rally book at the target facility or by presenting the coupon screen on your smartphone (some facilities do not support coupon benefits by smartphone).
3. Setting and sales of exclusive accommodation plans (cooperation: JTB Kanto/Rurubu Travel)
   Accommodation and travel reservation site "Rurubu Travel" will sell exclusive accommodation plans for accommodation facilities in the prefecture (about 100 places).

5 Stamp rally book/flyer installation location

It will be installed at stamp rally participating facilities, prefectural Expressway SA/PA, prefectural roadside stations, tourist associations of each municipality, etc.
