NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will be operating from Monday, June 5th. E7 Between Niigata Airport Interchange (IC) and Seiro Shibata IC Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway, E18 A nighttime road closure will be implemented between Shinanomachi IC and Joetsu Junction (JCT) on Joshin-Etsu Expressway due to pavement repair work on the temporary two-lane section.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation, as it will be a closed road required to use the Expressway safely, safely and comfortably.
