NEXCO EAST Niigata branch (Niigata city Chuo Ward), in order to make it possible for customers to use the expressway safely, securely and comfortably,E7 We will carry out night traffic closures between Niigata Airport Interchange (IC) and Arakawa Tonai IC on the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway due to pavement repair work.
