NEXCO East Joet Joetsu Management Office (Joetsu City) collaborated with three groups, Joetsu Working Network, Myoko City Disabled Working Network, Shinanomachi Hidamari Center, E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway Arai parking area (PA) top and bottom lines, Myoko service area (SA) In-bound lines will be used for joint work such as weeding and flower bed cleaning.

This effort is to be implemented as a part of the Takifuku (happiness) collaboration that NEXCO East Japan is promoting, seeing the expressway as a resource for regional revitalization, and by expanding employment opportunities for people with disabilities, It is aimed to contribute.

In NEXCO East Japan, the efforts that "highway" and "welfare" cooperate are called "high-happiness (happiness) collaboration". We will position it as part of CSR activities addressing social issues through the expressway business, and will continue to work on the basis of the concept of CSV *.
