NEXCO EAST Nagaoka Management Office (Nagaoka City) will be on September 3 (Monday) as part of the "Flowers and Greenery Highway Garden R Project" E8 Hokuriku Expressway Yoneyama Service Area (SA) In-bound Line, we will cooperate with everyone at Kashiwazaki Municipal Kurenami Elementary School to build a flower bed.

This is the 7th time for this initiative.

* It will be canceled in case of light rain and bad weather. The cancellation will be decided at 16:00 the day before.

3 Contents

We will plant flower seedlings and care for the flowers planted in spring with everyone from Kashiwazaki Municipal Kurenami Elementary School. The total number of flower seedlings to be planted is about 700 plants cultivated by the students of Nagaoka Prefectural Nagaoka Agricultural High School.

The "Flower and Green Yasugi Highway Garden R Project" aims to convert resting areas such as gardens into comfortable and easy-to-use spaces, and develops "Highway Garden R" with the aim of creating regional characteristics and cooperating with the area. However, this is a project we are promoting to provide customers with an even more relaxing and healing space.
