NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will hold the "Hokuriku Expressway (Maibara JCT ~ Niigata Nishi IC) 30th Anniversary & Niigata Prefecture Expressway First Opening 40th Anniversary W on Saturday, October 6 at E8 Hokuriku Expressway Natatsu Tanihama SA (upper and lower lines) Hokuriku Expressway Festa.
