NEXCO EAST Niigata branch (Niigata city Chuo Ward)E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway (upper and lower lines) between Shinanomachi Interchange (IC) and Joetsu Junction (JCT) will be closed at night due to pavement repair work.
We apologize for the inconvenience to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation as the construction is necessary to use the Expressway safely and comfortably.
