NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will hold "Joshin-etsu Expressway Festa in Obuse" at Obuse Highway Oasis on Saturday, September 21st.
In commemoration of the 20th anniversary of the opening of all lines of E18 Joshin-Etsu Expressway on October 30, this event, we will sell local products along the line and experience riding a car working at Expressway. We carry out projects that can be enjoyed by the family. We look forward to your visit.
