NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will close the doorway at the E8 Hokuriku Expressway Nou Interchange (IC) due to pavement repair work.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers, but we ask for your understanding and cooperation in order to use the Expressway
