NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will be holding an event in the prefecture's Expressway service areas ( A spring traffic safety campaign will be held jointly with related organizations including the Niigata Prefectural Expressway Traffic Police Corps at four locations: SA) and parking areas (PA).
