NEXCO EAST Niigata Regional Head Office (Chuo-ku, Niigata City) will be renewing and selling its "Niigata Sightseeing Drive Pass" starting with passes for use from April 1st, 2026 (Wednesday).

This product aims to promote tourism within Niigata Prefecture by utilizing Expressway, offering a plan that allows you to enjoy a charming drive through Niigata Prefecture at a great price. Contents of each plan

1. "Niigata, Northern Shinano, and Aizu Sightseeing Plan" <<Revision of Service Area>>

In response to customer requests, the Hokuriku Expressway between Oyashirazu IC and Asahi IC will be added to the sightseeing area! In addition to unlimited entry and exit throughout Niigata Prefecture, the northern Shinano area of Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area of Fukushima Prefecture, you can also use the newly added Asahi IC to travel to Unazuki Onsen, Kurobe Gorge, and other destinations.    A maximum of two consecutive days (excluding periods of heavy traffic such as Golden Week, Obon, Silver Week, New Year's holidays, and three-day weekends).

2. Target vehicle type
   Regular cars, light cars, etc. used by ETC (including motorcycles)
   ETC corporate cards cannot be used.
3. Selling price

Similar to the "Niigata, Northern Shinano, and Aizu Sightseeing Plan," the section of the Hokuriku Expressway between Oyashirazu IC and Asahi IC will be added to the sightseeing area! When used in conjunction with certain products, it can be even more economical than the "Niigata, Northern Shinano, and Aizu Sightseeing Plan." You can get on and off as much as you want throughout Niigata Prefecture (including Asahi IC), the Northern Shinano area of Nagano Prefecture, and the Aizu area of Fukushima Prefecture. 3. "Niigata Sightseeing Plan (Departure from the Tokyo Metropolitan Area)" <Revision of Service Area and Price>

Based on customer usage patterns, we will be merging the "Tokyo Metropolitan Area Departure Course" and the "Kawagoe-Hanazono Departure Course" and adding the Ken-O Ken-O Road between Tsukuba-Ushiku IC and Shimofusa IC as a new departure area. In addition, similar to the "Niigata, Northern Shinano, and Aizu Sightseeing Plan," the Hokuriku Expressway between Oyashirazu IC and Asahi IC will be added to the sightseeing area! Furthermore, we will be revising the sales price. In addition to one round trip from the Tokyo metropolitan area, you can enjoy unlimited boarding and alighting within Niigata Prefecture (including Asahi IC).
