NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Aoba-ku, Sendai city, Miyagi prefecture, Regional Head Office president: Mikio Kashima) and Nex-area Company Limited Morioka branch (Morioka city, Iwate prefecture, branch manager: Ikufumi Kono) We invite you to hold a workshop for the head chef of the service area in the northeast.

This workshop aims to develop menus for Expressway service area restaurants that utilize local ingredients and improve cooking techniques to welcome customers coming from distant places using special discounts on ETC holidays. In order to make Iwate closer to you, we will carry out the following schedule.

From 10:00 to 11:00 The lecturer explains how to use local ingredients.

Cooking practice
From 11:00 to 13:00 The instructor will cook the menu using the ingredients in Iwate Prefecture, and have a tasting and exchange opinions.
