From Monday, June 28th, free social experimentation will start on all days and all vehicle types in Expressway in about 20% of the sections nationwide.
In Tohoku, 10 sections are subject.

- : Monday, June 28, 2010, 00:00 to the end of March 2011
- 2. Target section of Tohoku
- : As per the attached sheet (10 sections)
- 3. Target vehicle
- : All vehicle types (including vehicles without ETC)
