NEXCO EAST Tsuruoka Management Office (Tsuruoka City, Yamagata Prefecture) is a 2-lane section (one lane on each side) between the Yamagata Expressway Tsuruoka Interchange (IC) and Tsuruoka Junction (JCT) and the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway Tsuruoka Nishi IC-Shonai Airport. Due to road repair work, etc., we will carry out nighttime closures between ICs and between the Shonai Airport IC and the Sakata IC on the Nihonkai-Tohoku Expressway.
