NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office Yamagata Construction Office (Yamagata City, Yamagata Prefecture) E13 We are in the process of opening the Tohoku-Chuo Expressway Nanyo Takahata Interchange (IC) to Yamagata Kamiyama IC for opening in 2018. Please be informed that the names of the rest facilities to be installed between Yamagata Kamiyama IC and Yamagata Chuo IC have been decided as follows.
