NEXCO EAST Hachinohe Administration Office (Hachinohe City, Aomori Prefecture)E4A Hachinohe Expressway Hachinohe Junction (JCT) - Hachinohe Kita Interchange (IC) and between Hachinohe JCT and Hachinohe JCT tollgate, E4A Momoishi Toll Road Between Hachinohe Kita IC and Shimoda Hyakuseki IC, we will install a temporary protective fence for the construction of the Hachinohe West Smart IC and will be closed at night due to pavement repair work. This work is necessary to maintain a safe and comfortable environment for Expressway.
