At Kagamiishi Town and NEXCO EAST Koriyama Management Office (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture), medium-sized vehicles (vehicle length 9 m or less) can be used at E4 Tohoku Expressway Kagamiishi Smart Interchange (IC).
