At NEXCO EAST EAST Kitakami Management Office (Kitakami City, Iwate Prefecture), in order to make the E4 Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter "Tohoku Expressway") Out-bound line Chusonji Parking Area (hereinafter "PA") barrier-free, sidewalks and parking lots Enforce usage restrictions.
Barrier-free construction is necessary for the safe and secure use of Expressway. We will do our best to minimize the inconvenience to our customers, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

2. Chusonji PA use limit range

　工事実施による利用制限範囲については、別紙1【PDF：18.7MB】を予定しておりますのでご参照ください。
　また、夜間規制を実施する期間は、別紙1【PDF：18.7MB】のとおり駐車可能台数が減少します。

3. Construction overview

　東北道　下り線　中尊寺PAにおいて、歩道と駐車場の段差を解消するため、バリアフリー化工事を実施します。工事実施にあたって歩道および駐車場で作業が発生するため、中尊寺PAの一部利用を制限して作業を行う必要があります。
　そのため、お客さまへ極力ご迷惑をおかけしないよう、交通量が少ない時期に工事を行い、集中的かつ効率的に実施します。安全・快適に高速道路をご利用いただくために必要な工事ですので、ご理解とご協力をお願いします。

Four. How to obtain traffic information

    We will inform you of road information in an easy-to-understand manner by the monitor screens installed in SA / PA.

    You can get road traffic information with VICS-compatible car navigation and other on-board devices.
