NEXCO EAST Koriyama Management Office (Koriyama City, Fukushima Prefecture) will be closing the entrance ramp to Sukagawa Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") on the E4 Tohoku Tohoku Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Tohoku Expressway") at night due to reconstruction work on the toll booth roof.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we ask for your understanding and cooperation in allowing yourself plenty of time when going out.

   Every day from 20:00 to 6:00 the next morning (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)

The detour will increase travel time, so please allow yourself plenty of time when traveling.

3. Construction overview

We will be carrying out reconstruction work on the toll booth roof at the entrance ramp to Sukagawa IC Tohoku Expressway. The entrance to Sukagawa IC only has two lanes, and the work will require erecting pillars and beams that span both lanes, so the entrance ramp will need to be closed during the work.
Therefore, to minimize inconvenience to customers, we will close ramps on weekday nights when traffic volume is low, and carry out construction work in a concentrated and efficient manner. This construction work is necessary to ensure safe and comfortable use of Expressway, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.
