NEXCO EAST Tohoku Regional Head Office (Miyagi Ward, Sendai City), Miyagi Prefectural Road Public Corporation (Aoba Ward, Sendai City), and the Fukushima Prefecture Destination Campaign Executive Committee (Fukushima City, Fukushima Prefecture) will be implementing the Dorawari "Tohoku Tourism Free Pass - Wind of Happiness Fukushima Set Plan" (hereinafter referred to as "this plan").
This plan is a highway discount product that combines the Tohoku Tourism Free Pass, which has been on sale since 2012 with the aim of supporting the recovery of tourism in the Tohoku region and has been very well received, with tourism, experience, accommodation and hot spring facilities (hereinafter referred to as "eligible facilities") spread across Fukushima Prefecture, which are gaining momentum in the run-up to the Expressway Destination Campaign next spring (April to June 2026).
This is a great value plan exclusively for ETC-equipped vehicles, which allows unlimited use of Expressway within the target areas of the "Tohoku 6 Prefectures Tour Course" or "Fukushima-Miyagi Tour Course" for four days at a fixed rate, provided that you use the target facilities in Fukushima Prefecture during the usage period you applied for.In addition, you can receive special benefits exclusive to the set plan at some target facilities.
Please note that to use this plan, you will need to apply for it in advance and use the applicable facilities within Fukushima Prefecture in addition to paying Expressway toll.

"Dorawari " means the discount of ETC fee reserved in advance by NEXCO EAST Co., Ltd., driving information such as otaku information in the service area · parking area, point service of the official card "E-NEXCO pass", etc. It is a generic term for services to have "drive travel" enjoyed by "cheap" in various scenes.
