At NEXCO EAST Sendai East Management Office (Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture), E6 Joban Expressway (hereinafter referred to as "Joban Expressway") Yamamoto Interchange (hereinafter referred to as "IC") E6 Sendai-Tobu Road (hereinafter referred to as "Eastern Expressway") Watari IC, Sendai Airport IC, Natori IC, E48 Sendai-Nanbu Road (hereinafter referred to as "Southern Expressway") will be closed at night to carry out pavement repair work on the exit and entrance ramps of the Imaizumi Interchange.

3. Construction overview

Joban Expressway　Out-bound Pavement repair work will be performed at the entrance ramp of the Yamamoto IC and other ramps due to damage to the road surface. Since there is only one lane in the area where this work is to be performed, it is necessary to close the ramp for the work since it is not possible to perform the work with the normal lane restrictions. In order to minimize inconvenience to our customers, we will close the ramp during the nighttime on weekdays when traffic volume is low, and will conduct the work in a concentrated and efficient manner. We ask for your understanding and cooperation as this work is necessary for the safe and comfortable use of Expressway.
